Elyse Garrett spent her childhood in southern California and Honolulu. She now enjoys long visits to Oahu and resides in the Pacific Northwest with her four rescue pups. She has traveled extensively in Europe and Eastern Europe and prefers to explore off the beaten path while riding a bicycle. She’s been  actively involved in the adoption community, both professionally and personally, for more than thirty years.
